PAYMENT METHODS
Ani Janelle Creative Studio is based in the United States and all prices are in USD ($). We accept cash, PayPal, Zelle, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. International conversion rates may apply.
All services are custom tailored to client's needs and requests. With that said, all sales are final and are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for providing the correct billing information prior to start of project execution and prior to delivery of final artwork. Ani Janelle Creative Studio is not responsible for any mismanaged payments.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders can take up to 1-7 business days to process before shipping. All shipping costs are determined by the project's destination, size, and weight.
Once your project is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with a meeting link to discuss if all information is up to date and all requests from agreement are fulfilled. This meeting is required prior to artwork delivery, and the clients are responsible for providing the correct billing and shipping information prior to send off. Once you project has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and date/time of shipment. Ani Janelle Creative Studio is not responsible for costs related to returns due to unclaimed parcels or provided misinformation (incorrect address). If a parcel is returned, please note that the client is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void. Original shipping and processing fees cannot and will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION
We understand that things happen and things change over time. If at any point you decide to cancel the development of your project entirely, the initial down payment will be non-refundable and you will be expected to pay for any artwork that has been completed within the timeline stated within your agreement.
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Ani Janelle Creative Studio is based in New York state and ships all projects via UPS (Priority Mail) with a required signature for security. Package includes certificate of authenticity, thank you card, & signed agreement. In addition, all artwork is shipped with bubble wrap, tissue paper, and tracing paper overlay to ensure quality of care during its transport. We will contact you for delivery details before project completion. Option for hand delivery (within the New York area) is available but must be discussed in advance of due date and event date.
Orders can take 2-4 business days to ship to its final destination unless notified otherwise. Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account local disruptions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders can take 7-21 business days to ship to its final destination unless notified otherwise. Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account local disruptions. Estimated delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed, with items potentially facing customs delays.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
International shipments may incur customs fees and imported taxes upon delivery determined by the destination country. International shipping rates exclude the destination country's duty, tax, or customs fees. Recipients are responsible for any fees or duties assigned by customs. Failure to claim the parcel results in bearing the original shipping charges and return costs to our studio. We do not and will not falsify an item's value to circumvent these fees.
LOST & STOLEN ITEMS
Ani Janelle Creative Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. We take great pride and care in packing every single parcel with the utmost care and establishing great relationships with our mail couriers, so that your items do not get lost and/or damaged en route. Once your parcel has left our studio, it is in the care of your mail courier and all following action will need to be taken with your local post office.
